How to Order

To place a wholesale order or request a quote, simply contact us at "puichi.official@gmail.com" including your business name, ABN, order quantity, and delivery address so we can prepare your custom invoice.

Payment.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send an invoice with the total amount and payment details.
Payment must be completed before books are shipped.
We accept bank transfer, and credit card (depending on your preference).
Wholesale pricing and discounts apply to verified businesses only.

Shipping

All wholesale orders are shipped within Australia.
Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and will be included in your quote.
We use reliable tracked delivery so your books arrive safely and on time. If you need your order urgently for an event, just let us know — we’ll do our best to fast-track it.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind on wholesale orders.

Your happiness matters, and we want every book to arrive in perfect shape for your little readers, so if your books arrive damaged, faulty, or with any packing issues, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
