All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your payment information.Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Processing times are listed on the product page.* Delivery times depend on your location and postal services.* You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Picture Books & Physical Products.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.We will provide a replacement or refund if your item is:* Faulty* Damaged in transit* Incorrectly suppliedTo request a replacement or refund, contact us within  14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

7.2 Events.

Cancellations by the customer: No refunds for change of mind.* If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person—please notify us.* If we cancel an event due to illness, low numbers, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.

 

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on this website—including images, illustrations, text, logos, and designs—is our intellectual property or used under licence.You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
