1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Choosing the wrong product.

  • Ordering by mistake.

Please check product descriptions and details carefully before completing your order.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is:

  • Faulty.

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Not what you ordered.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item with:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief explanation.

  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable).

3. Return Process (if required)

If a return is needed:

  • We will provide instructions by email.

  • We may cover return shipping for approved claims.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unless the fault makes this impossible).

4. Events & Workshops

  • Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind or inability to attend.

  • You may transfer your booking to another person—just let us know.

  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit.
