We ship picture books and merchandise across Australia only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 days.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Methods

We use Australia Post or another trusted courier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

• Order weight.

• Destination address.

• Shipping method selected.

3. Delivery Times

Typical delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Rural or remote areas may take longer.

These are estimates only — delays with postal services are outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

We will send you a tracking number once your order dispatches.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship it (postage costs apply).

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an item has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help lodge an enquiry.

We offer local pick-up for books. Please contact us to arrange a date and time.
